PPI Claims

Have you been mis-sold PPI?

If you have taken out a loan in the past you may have been sold a policy to protect your payments in the event of accident, sickness or unemployment.  In the majority of cases this is known as payment protection insurance (PPI).  It may also be known under other names, including Mortgage Protection Cover, Gold Cover, Accident, Sickness & Redundancy Cover, but in any event it will be clearly shown on your agreement as an insurance loan and would have been sold at the time of taking out a loan. A large number of people are also unaware that they have PPI as this was added as a lump sum to the loan.  The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has recently ruled that in the majority of these policies may have been mis-sold.
